Summary of Proposed Regulatory Changes – June 14, 2019
Proposed 6 NYCRR Parts 370, 371, 372, 373, 374 and 376, Hazardous Waste Regulations

Revisions to Parts 370, 371, 372, 373, 374 and 376 would incorporate 38 federal rules and approximately 80 state-initiated changes. DEC will accept comments from June 12, 2019 through August 26, 2019.
