DEC Announces Opening of Dock Facilities at the Cape Vincent Fisheries Station

Public Aquarium Will Remain Closed for 2017

Water levels on Lake Ontario and the St. Lawrence River have receded sufficiently to open the dock areas for fishing access and overnight dockage at the Cape Vincent Fisheries Station, the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) announced today. The picnic area is open. The public aquarium will remain closed for the 2017 season to enable necessary repairs.
