HONOLULU – Today, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced a settlement with AES Hawaii, LLC over Clean Air Act and Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act violations at its coal-fired electrical power generating plant in Kapolei, Hawaii.
