Rochester Institute of Technology’s New York State Pollution Prevention Institute (NYSP2I) is hosting the NY Sustainable Brewery Summit on May 4 and May 11, from 1 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. (EDT). The two-part virtual event will discuss sustainability and pollution prevention best practices, focusing on three key areas:
- The need for sustainability in brewing
- Real-world solutions for energy, water, and chemical use reduction
- Communicating sustainability with your supply chain and the public
