Nordic Aquafarms’ Air Emissions Application – Staff Recommendation/Draft Board Order The Department staff’s recommended decision (in the form of a draft Board order) on Nordics Chapter 115 Minor Source Air Emissions application is available for public comment. Under provisions of Chapter 3, § 27(B) of the Departments rules, the draft decision must be made available for comment for at least 15 working days. In this instance, comment will be accepted for 30 calendar days.
