Last Chance to Apply for WE ACT’s Capacity Building Grant

The deadline to apply for the West Harlem Environmental Action, Inc. (WE ACT), Capacity Building Grant Program is Thursday, April 30, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. EST. WE ACT will award 18 grants to community-based organizations working to achieve environmental justice and sustainability in underserved, low income, and communities of color. Funding in the amount of $50,000 each, for a total of $900,000, will be awarded to eligible groups throughout DEC’s nine regions. These grants will assist with building administrative, technical, and programmatic capacity of grassroots organizations across the state.
