WASHINGTON – On Friday, June 22, 2018, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced it had once again met its yearly statutory requirements under the Frank R. Lautenberg Chemical Safety Act, which amended the Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA).
