CORRECTION to Regulated Solid Waste Management Facilities Update

The May 3, 2018 DEC DELIVERS: Solid Waste & Recycling News stated incorrectly that all facilities holding a registration must apply for a new registration by May 3, 2018.

Note the deadline for Construction & Demolition Debris Handling and Recovery Facilities (CDDHRFs) to apply for new registrations is May 3, 2019.

CDDHRFs can apply for new registration using the Solid Waste Management Facility Registration Form (PDF, 242 KB).
