Hello DEC Delivers subscribers,

We are working hard to continually improve the way we deliver information to you!

You may have already noticed that we are beginning to phase in some changes to our service. We are now sending newsletter-style emails with brief news summaries to many of our topics instead of more frequent, longer emails. Our new style will be easier to scan and read quickly and will link to our website for when you want want all the details.

We used to send our press releases out via email to every related topic, but we’re no longer doing that. Instead, you will find links to topic-relevant press releases in the newsletters you receive.

If you want to receive press releases as they are sent out, you can subscribe to our Statewide Press Releases topic. We also have nine regional news topics that receive press releases and announcements specific to local areas.

Did you know that our main subscription page lists over 100 topics that you can select? If you feel that you get too much email from us, or if you would like to receive more, you can easily adjust your topic choices at any time. View the full list to add or remove topics from your subscription.

You can also choose to receive emails as they are sent out, or compiled together in daily or weekly digest summaries. Sign in to change your preferences.

We welcome your feedback. Send us an email at contact and let us know how we are doing.

The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation respects your right to privacy and welcomes your feedback. | Update preferences or unsubscribe. | Learn more about DEC Delivers.
